The D-E-Identity Foundational Trainings
The D-E-Identity Foundational Training is a curated 3-hour training program that uses a flow of independent work and collaborative learning to introduce participants to diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging (DEIB) concepts through the lens of mental health & wellness. Using mental health as the introductory concept allows the participants to ground their education for future learning by guiding them through their emotional and intellectual resistance and build their skills in intergroup dialogue which is where the richest learning is done.
